Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products: If the items you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and either offer a replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If we made an error in processing your order (e.g., wrong items or quantities), please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a return label and process the return or exchange.

Unused and Unopened Products: If you change your mind, we accept returns for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and the product must be in a resellable condition.

Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following:

Products that have been opened, used, or altered in any way.
Products purchased beyond the 14-day return window.
Custom or personalized items (if applicable).
How to Return an Item


Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s). Please do not send items back without prior authorization.


Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, or send a replacement if applicable. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account. 

Exchanges and replacements will be delivered with in 5-7 days

Return Shipping Costs
For Damaged or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customer should contact us for return.  we will redeliver either exchange or replace product within 7-14 days.
For Change of Mind or Unused Items: Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return is successfully received.
